Areas effected: Northern Scotland/Eastern Scotland/Northern England/Cumbria/Eastern England.

Weather: Heavy Rain and Strong winds at times.

Weather Warning: Heavy rain will effect the areas mention above for most of the day, however the rain should begin to move away from Western and Northern England by early afternoon. The rain will be persistent across other areas for most of the day and into the overnight period. Anything between 15-30mm could fall, with as much as 50-70mm over the hills. Flooding could be a problem.
